Assist Option: budget-friendly, with help and guidance

The Assist Option is great if you want guidance and simplicity but are happy to receive the delivery yourself.

With Assist:

  • You still get access to the Ready-Home Builder to simplify your shopping experience
  • We assist with arrangements like orders and timing
  • For assembly, you can either do it yourself, or we can recommend a highly-rated professional to help

This option is ideal if you’re hands-on, budget-minded, and want to save money while still getting expert support.

 

DIY Option: for the ultimate do-it-yourselfer

The DIY Option is perfect if you prefer to manage most of the process yourself but just need someone to receive the delivery on your behalf.

With DIY:

  • You take the lead on purchasing and assembly
  • We’re there to receive delivery on your behalf so that you don’t have to be on site

This is ideal for people who enjoy doing things themselves or have experience setting up homes.

Fully understand what to expect at every step of the DIY, Assist and Premium Ready-Home service

While we recommend reaching out as early as possible, the ideal window is at least three to four weeks before your arrival.

Early booking allows us to:

  • Secure your preferred dates: Guarantee our availability for your specific arrival window.
